This Seminar took place on September 16, at Hungarian University of Sports Science, in Budapest
The GETS project was introduced and its outputs presented (i.e. research and e-Learning platform) to the audience and expert panel at the Sport for a Green Future project closing event.
Sport for a Green Future, similar to Green Education to Sports is an initiative, at the intersection of sports and environmental consciousness. It envisions the future of sports, in line with the European Commission’s Green Deal, and emphasizes the power of sports in driving environmental change.
Next to the BAIS team, other speakers presenting were the former Head of Unit for International Climate Policy at the Ministry of Energy, The sustainability Director of the World Athletics championship recently held in Budapest, and further project managers and experts from partner NGOs.
